2011-2012 Subs are
$60 Single $90 Family
Subs are due in on your 3rd attendance to Club Nights and membership
form must be completed and signed. (Available at the Barbeque)
Club Nights will not be cancelled until 4pm if going to be.
Club Nights
Then they are held every Wednesday
5pm Gathering to approx 7pm.
We all gather at 5pm so club meeting and notifications can be
announced.
Ponies starting at 5:30pm sharp. All Club ponies must be made
avaialble on Club Nights. If you can not make it you must organise
your club pony gets there.
Counties Kidz
Kartz is Open to All
Kidz 6-16 years of age and Poniez to 13hh
Small fee of $5
per night is payable if you don't own or bring a pony yourself that
can be driven. Please ensure this payment is made at the Barbeque.
This money is used to fund our club ponies and their gear as well as
club representation events
All newcomers (can include parents) will be put through a
Newcomers Club system and each new child will be given a booklet to
take home. As they learn they will be checked off and progress to
each stage. Once agreed they are capable of driving on their own
by Head of Learners Noel or Kiri, then they will then progress to the
drivers who work on the jog track in carts on their own. Regardless
of previous experience all children new to the club will be run through this
club system. Please be patient with us as we just like to make sure
each child learns the same process and knows what to do.
Parents of Kidz that join, we have a job roster system to help get
parents involved in helping run club nights and club race meetings,
so we can continue to have new people coming through each year. Many
hands make light work and we do really appreciate your help. Please
mark down on the Job List book at the Barbeque to let her know what
you would like to help with. We are happy to teach you new jobs as
well. This is a family sport and parents are welcome to learn as
well and we do have parent's races at our own club meetings. |
